Installation Guide: Central Lock System
Almost every new car is equipped with Central Lock system. Simply lock the door of one door, then another door lock will participate, as well as unlock the door. Development of Central Lock System function is combined with a remote control as a controller locking the door from a distance, or often referred to with Keyless Entry. Alarm System also added modules that are already fused with the remote control. That all of these functions is to facilitate and enhance our comfort in driving. Which generally contains among others the following:
1 set of cables for 4 doors
4 rod (rod) puller / driver
4 Lock Actuator rod holder
1 unit Central Lock Module
1 set of screws, bolts, etc.
Lock Actuator
Lock Actuator is a mechanical puller / driver. This component will draw / push lever locking the door. Lock Actuator is controlled by the Central Lock Module. If Lock Actuator is broken, can be purchased unit.
Lock Actuator there are two kinds:
1. Lock Actuator Main
Generally has 5 wires: Green, Blue, Brown, White & Black.
Besides as an actuator, this component also serves as a regulator of locking, so when we lock the doors by pressing the locking knob by hand, then the actuator will provide information to Central Lock Module for Lock Actuator also set the other to move the same.
2. Additional Lock Actuator:
Generally only has 2 wires: Green and Blue. Used for doors or close the gas tank.Generally Lock Actuator on the market have the strength and range of motion is almost the same, namely the power of push / pull of 32N (+ / – 4N) and motion distance of about 18mm (+ / – 1mm)
How to Lock Actuator installation is the connecting rod with a rod / lever lock at each door. Each car model has a design lever / rod which is different, so please customized installation technique with existing construction design.

Central Lock Module
Central Lock Module is the main units that regulate / control the entire Lock Actuator.Contains an electronic circuit, which set the Lock Actuator only works (rated voltage) is only about one-2detik just to open or close. It is useful to prevent the destruction / burning motor that is in the Lock Actuator. If Central Lock Module is damaged, you can buy the unit.
IDEAS: Some friends use this module to activate NOS, so just press one button, the NOS will be ejected during a certain time earlier. Even if press the button longer, the dose of NOS remains unchanged.
